2. How does a paper cup machine work step by step?

1. Paper feeding
   Food-grade PE/PLA coated paper blanks are fed into the machine via a suction nuzzle and linkage device, and guided by positioning rollers to ensure smooth conveying.
2. Body forming & sealing​

       Blanks are folded into a cylindrical shape, and the overlapping edges are heat-sealed to form the cup body.

 3.  Bottom feeding & bonding

     Pre-cut bottom blanks are fed into the station, aligned with the cup body, and thermally bonded to the bottom of the cylinder,end with bottom knurling.

 4.  Rim curling

     The top edge of the cup is curled inward to form a smooth, thickened rim for user safety and structural stability.

 5. Counting & discharging

     Finished cups discharges to the counting table throught the pipes and automatically counted to the collection zone. Waiting to be packed.
